The ‘Happy Child Tour’ stands for a new concept of touring that brings people from different disciplines of art together on stage. The goal is to form a strong community, where the people help and inspire each other.

Berlin based songwriter Paul Dill is touring in an old van to 15 cities in 5 European countries: Germany, The Netherlands, England, Belgium, France, to play and perform together with the local artists.

So far 9 Songwriters, 15 musicians, 5 painters and 4 dancers are involved in the tour.

The whole process will be documented and shared online: from converting the van, to concert videos, live streams and documentations of the road trip.

All these Europe-wide concerts will lead to a grand finale in Berlin, where everybody who joined The Happy Child Tour gets together on stage for a big show.

And the best news is: they are still open for new collaborations!

Co- (lab) / 9 is a one-day group intensive, comprised of artists of various disciplines including: performance, dance, movement, sound, and visual arts.

Working in small groups, and as an entire group, the artists will propose, conceive, and develop scores, structures, and performance material; addressing the topics of: collaboration and co-elaboration (or simultaneity).

Working both site-relatively and site-responsively, they will utilize and draw inspiration from the remnants of previous performances, both recent and past, as well as the unique architectural and aesthetic qualities of the space itself.

Participants will have a chance to introduce and lead scores, structures, and concepts for their own practices. The lab will culminate in an evening of performances by the participants.

Everyone is welcome to witness and observe the lab at any time throughout the day.
